Shipping Policy
WavelengthEMTS Online Store will ship purchases to any of the lower 48 US States for free. Purchases destined for all other international regions, including U.S. Territories, will be billed accordingly based on the current international shipping rates and applicable fees. When shipping charges are applicable, WavelengthEMTS Online Store will notify purchaser by use of their E-mail address as given to WavelengthEMTS Online Store upon customer shipping cost estimate request by e-mail or at time of product order. The final total additional calculated cost for shipment along with estimated time and date of delivery arrival will be e-mailed to purchaser with confirmation details as an additional shipping invoice from Pay Pal to be paid to info@wavelengthEMTS.com via Pay Pal before any product is shipped out. If a product has been purchased and paid for via Pay Pal and shipment to purchaser’s region is not also prepaid via Pay Pal or is impossible to be made due to any restrictions, then purchaser will be fully refunded the total paid directly from Pay Pal within their given policy time frame.

Made to Order Wavelength Systems
A complete Wavelength Microwave Treatment System is composed of several devices with each serving a needed treatment purpose. The main and most important piece of each Wavelength Microwave Treatment System is the microwave generator with timer control box. To insure quality control, each Wavelength microwave generator device is custom made to order. This means there is none stock piled or sitting in a warehouse waiting for shipment. After each generator is completed, it is tested for reliability and performance before being packaged with it’s other system amenities and shipped. For this reason, any delivery of an order purchase that contains a Wavelength microwave generator device, (with or with out a timer box), will take 6 to 8 weeks to ship, plus the added shipping time it takes while the product is in shipping transit.

Wavelength treatment system device amenities not manufactured by WavelengthEMTS Inc, such as electronic Microwave Leakage Detectors, Wood wall stud finders, Ground fault indicator testers and portable smoke alarms etc. and other third party manufactured items in stock and listed for purchase at WavelengthEMTS Online Store, are normally shipped out within 7 to 10 working days of customer purchase.
Returns
WavelengthEMTS Online Store seeks the complete satisfaction of all customers.
Customers can return purchased products for any reason within 60 days from date product is received by purchaser.
All return shipping costs are the reasonability of returnee and will not be paid, covered or handled by WavelengthEMTS.
There are no charges for returns postmarked within the 60 days from date product is received by purchaser provided it is not damaged. Returns made after the 60 days from date product is received by purchaser, may be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
Upon receipt by WavelengthEMTS of returned merchandise within 60 days from date product was received by purchaser, once examined and found to be in fair shape from normal working condition unless returned due to non operation and/or for service under product written warranty, Purchaser will receive a full product refund by mail within 30 days payable by certified bank funds to name of purchaser. All returns must be accompanied with in writing, the original purchasers Name, address and a valid phone contact number along with a copy of the purchase receipt. WavelengthEMTS Online Store will contact returnee via e-mail and/or by telephone for receipt and confirmation of mailing address of where to send refund to.
Before shipping out a return, please E-Mail WavelengthEMTS Online Store at info@wavelengthemts.com or use the Contact Us section of this WavelengthEMTS Online Store site to give written notice that you are shipping back a product for return. WavelengthEMTS Online Store can then be expecting the arrival of your return.
