Termite Poison Gas Kills San Diego Tenant – Who Is At Fault?

With all the different available non chemical termite treatment alternatives on the market today; who is at fault when a human dies from uncontrollable poison gas exposure?

 

Linda Williams was a healthy 37 year old mother of five children. She became a victim of the pest control industries over selling of a highly lethal poison gas termite treatment procedure. A termite treatment procedure performed so routinely during the past 80 years, that it's become an acceptable human death risk.

What has become of our modern day society?

 

Alternatives to this crude poison gas treatment have been available for decades. In lieu of all the human life that termite poison gas treatment has taken through years of its use, why must the industry continue to sell its high death and health risk use to the unaware public?

The poison termite gas Sulfuryl Fluoride, like its older cousin Bromide, is considered a damaging greenhouse gas. Millions of pounds per year are released into the atmosphere when termite poison gas treatment tents are removed and aerated. In the United States we don't allow the releasing of Fluorocarbons into the atmosphere any more during air conditioning servicing. Why on earth do we still allow the release of a non-antidotal poison gas substance, which is lethal to human, mammal, fish, insect and vegetation life, even at small doses of exposure?
