In the early 1990's the only means of non chemical alternative termite treatment available to the commercial pest control operator in stead of poison gas fumigation was long term agreements for the use of an electrocution method or costly sub contracting of other experimental treatment methods not available for lease or purchase, i.e. heat or freeze methods. Because of their extreme costs and unknown reliability, the commercial Pest Control industry did not readily embrace for sale to the public, those alternative non-poison treatment procedures or protocols.
Frustrated with the limited choices available, Two termite control firms with combined years of professional knowledge in fumigation as well as termite control, Jointly set out to develop a safe, effective, practical and affordable alternative non chemical treatment procedure which could be offered for out right sale to professional commercial pest control operators. They were determined to find a non-chemical treatment replacement to poison gas termite fumigation so the public could have an optional choice of weather to run the risk of pesticide poisoning and even death due to uncontrollable poison gas exposure or choose a non poison gas alternative.
